♦ Do I have to send voice notes, or can I type?

Either. Voice notes are brilliant for getting those messy thoughts out quickly and sometimes it’s easier to talk than type. But if you’d rather write, that works just as well. Use whichever feels natural. I’ll reply in whatever format best serves the answer.

♦ What happens if I don’t use all 5 conversations in a month?

They don’t roll over, each month starts fresh. But five conversations is generous enough that most members find they have plenty to work through. There’s no pressure to use them all.

♦ Do follow-up messages within a conversation count as a new conversation?

No. Once a conversation is open, we follow it through until you have the clarity you need, however many exchanges that takes. A new conversation only starts when you bring me a new topic.

♦ How quickly will you reply?

Within 24 hours on weekdays. I’m based in the UK and most members are US-based, so there will naturally be a time zone gap. But you’ll never wait more than a working day for a response.

♦ Will you rewrite my product descriptions or social media posts for me?

I won’t write it for you, but I will tell you exactly what to change and why, so you can rewrite it in your own voice. Your words, your brand, just much stronger.

♦ Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, with no fuss. Your access continues until the end of your paid month and then stops. No further charges, no awkward conversations.

♦ What’s Voxer? Do I need to download anything?

Voxer is a free messaging app that lets you send voice notes and messages. Think of it like a walkie-talkie on your phone. It takes about two minutes to set up and is available on iPhone and Android. If you’d rather not download another app, written messages work just as well. Just let me know when you join.
